Rural Health Conference Opportunity

Rural Health Partnership Board Members, General Members and Interested Parties:

On June 16, 2020, the National Rural Health Association, in lieu of its live annual Rural Health Equity Conference, will be holding a day-long virtual event in its place.

Rural Health Partnership has resources for up to twenty people to attend this highly worthwhile training free of charge.

If you are interested, or have staff from your organization that would like to attend this training, please complete the registration form below (ONLY THE AREA HIGHLIGHTED IN ORANGE) and scan and email this back to JLamKuo@wellflorida.org and JFeller@wellflorida.org NO LATER THAN FRIDAY, MAY 30 AT 5:00 PM.

PLEASE NOTE…Rural Health Partnership will try to distribute these free registrations to as many organizations as possible.  So if you do identify multiple people from your organization, please prioritize them (by marking as 1, 2, 3, etc.) on their registration forms. If fewer than 20 individuals sign up for this event, then everyone will go. If more than 20 sign up then we will make sure at least one from each organization goes and then do a random drawing process that incorporates each organization’s internal priority of who should attend.

ALSO: Those selected to attend the conference will also receive a free 1-year membership in the National Rural Health Association.
