Housing Opportunities for People with AIDS, also known as HOPWA, assists persons living with HIV with temporary assistance for their housing needs to prevent homelessness. Services include: Housing case management, budget counseling, and rental, mortgage and utility payments. Eligibility is determined by calling 1-866-901-9646.
