Marion County Surveys to Identify Community Health Needs
Marion County residents, community-based organizations, social service providers and healthcare professionals are invited to take a 10-minute survey to help identify the county’s most pressing health concerns. The Community Health Needs Assessment Survey is being conducted by the region’s health planning council WellFlorida Council, in partnership with Florida Department of Health in Marion County and AdventHealth.
Two surveys will be available — one for the general community (https://tinyurl.com/MarionHealthSurvey) and one for providers of health-related services (https://tinyurl.com/MarionProviderSurvey). Surveys will be open until June 10, 2022.
Survey results, along with local health data, will be used to develop the Marion County Community Health Needs Assessment. This report will be released in Fall 2022 and will identify the most pressing health issues in the region and serve as a tool for community leaders to take actions towards a healthier community.
