Internships

Gain professional experience at WellFlorida Council, a regional nonprofit dedicated to building healthy communities in Florida. Students in Public Relations, Journalism or Advertising are encouraged to apply. This is a part-time position, roughly 10 hours per week, and is available as Federal College Work Study or as an internship.

Job responsibilities typically include:

Creating content for websites, blogs and social media for nonprofits

Writing press releases, articles and media advisories

Proofreading newsletters and other materials

Updating the organization’s media list and marketing database

Printing marketing materials
