Citrus County Health Needs Assessment is now available

The Florida Department of Health in Citrus County in partnership with WellFlorida Council, have released the 2015 Citrus County Health Needs Assessment and Technical Appendix. The purpose of this assessment is to identify common themes in order to uncover key community health needs in Citrus County. The assessment provides a narrative summary of the data presented in the Technical Appendix which includes analysis of social determinants of health, community health status, and health system assessment. Data from this report can be used to explore and better understand the health needs of Citrus County.
