WellFlorida worked with the Florida Department of Health to promote surveys to men who have sex with men in order to measure the understanding and effectiveness of HIV prevention messages.

Navigators

WellFlorida oversees the Health Insurance Marketplace Navigator program for North Central Florida. In addition to managing Navigators throughout 15 counties, WellFlorida creates all the marketing materials and works with the media to promote this free public service.

MyHealthStory Brochure

MyHealthStory, available through CommunityHealth IT, is a personal health record for patients and an integrated longitudinal medical record with robust HIE tools for healthcare providers. This brochure is one of many marketing tools WellFlorida has developed to promote MyHealthStory.

CommunityHealth IT Brand Book

CommunityHealth IT required consistency in branding itself and its HIE tool called MyHealthStory. WellFlorida developed the logos, and identity and messaging guidelines for the organization and presented them in a brand book.

The public service campaign for the Maternal, Infant and Early Childhood Home Visiting program was recently awarded a Gold ADDY and the Larry Edwards Public Service Award by the Gainesville chapter of the American Advertising Foundation (AAF). Created by Jill Dygert of WellFlorida, the campaign provided public awareness messages while encouraging parents and caregivers to join a free parenting program. The campaign included print and online advertising, radio spots, bus graphics, rack cards for providers, consumer cards and posters.
