Please join North Central Florida Cancer Control Collaborative (NCFCCC) Wednesday, March 29, 2017 from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. for our 3rd quarter meeting, to be held via conference call. Join the call to learn about our exciting upcoming events for which we are planning, such as partnering with Suwannee River Area Health Education Center (AHEC) for their 9th Annual Rural Tobacco Summit, and planning an event to raise awareness of and provide information about HPV Cancer Prevention.

We will be discussing what opportunities and events remain ahead this fiscal year (ends June 30, 2017) for our Collaborative and how best to maximize these opportunities to make connections, network, and, essentially, collaborate to help each of our organizations meet those challenges that are more easily accomplished through a group effort.

The primary purpose of the NCFCCC is to improve access to cancer care and reduce the burden of cancer on residents in the region. Members of NCFCCC include safety net healthcare facilities (i.e., Federally-Qualified Health Centers, county health departments, rural health clinics), primary care practices, hospices, hospitals, government agencies and a variety of community stakeholder groups. Learn more about NCFCCC here http://www.ncfcancercontrol.org/. If you are interested in becoming a member of NCFCCC please email Donald Greist at DGreist@www.wellflorida.org.

Please RSVP for the NCFCCC meeting. Once you register you will receive the call-in number and participant code. The agenda details are available on the registration page. To register for the Quarterly Conference Call, click here.
