Job Title: NewboRN Home Visiting Program (NHVP) Family Partner

 Summary

The Family Partner will meet with each mother who delivers at UF Health Shands or North Florida Regional Medical Center to introduce the NHVP and obtain their consent to participate and provide short-term case management. For the newborns delivered at home or in a birthing center the attending licensed midwife will provide the Newborn Home Visit and link the family with the Family Partners if the parents need additional supports or services after the home visit is completed.

The Accounting Clerk is a professional staff position that is responsible under the direct supervision of the Sr. Accountant, for preparation, processing and performing fiscal/accounting duties, including but not limited to, accounts payable/receivable, checks, cash receipts, contract/grant management, general ledger entries, payroll, and for performing varied administrative tasks. This position may also be assigned certain other duties supportive of the professional and administrative functions of the agency.

 The Sr. Administrative Assistant is a position that is responsible for performing specific administrative tasks with considerable independence.  The work performed by the Sr. Administrative Assistant requires experience and skill in a variety of areas including, but not limited to general office practices, customer service, organizational skills, accounts payable/receivable, written and oral communications.  The Sr. Administrative Assistant works under the supervision of the Senior Accountant or other supervisory staff as may be appointed by the CEO.
